Calcium ammonium nitrate is made by melting ammonium nitrate and lime powder in a ratio of 60:40. It can also be made from dolomite (a mixture of calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate) and ammonium nitrate.

How to use？

Calcium ammonium nitrate is generally applied to the soil and can be used as a base fertilizer and topdressing for crops such as flowers, fruits, and vegetables; it can also be diluted and sprayed on the leaves of crops. It is a new type of high-efficiency compound fertilizer containing nitrogen and fast-acting calcium. After fertilization, it can prolong the flowering period, promote the normal growth of roots, stems, and leaves, ensure the bright color of fruits, and increase the sugar content of fruits.

Calcium ammonium nitrate is a white round granulation, 100% soluble in water, contains 14% nitrate nitrogen, and has the characteristics of rapid nitrogen and calcium supplementation. Fertilization of fruit trees can improve the quality of fruits and increase storage resistance. It is a neutral fertilizer with low physiological acidity, which can improve acidic soil. After being applied to the soil, the pH value is low, which will not cause soil compaction and can make the soil loose.

Packaging & Shipping

Packing Method:For small samples quantity <1 kilograms, inside we use double resealable zip bags and outside with aluminium Foil Bags.
For medium quantity 1-25 kilograms, we pack them in double-layer plastic ziplock bags (inside) with aluminium foil bag(outside). Then packed in cartons or small drums as your requirement via FedEx/TNT/DHL or special channal.
For larger quantity >25 kilograms, normally we pack them in drums(normally 25KG per) with two strong PET bags. We do supply smaller packages like 10gram/50gram per bag as your requirement. Please contact us for more details if you have any question!
